Windows 11, version 23H2 and all earlier supported versions of Windows 10 and 11.The Windows ADK 8.1 (September 2023) and the Windows PE add-on for this ADK support the following OS releases: The last supported version of 32-bit Windows PE is available in the Windows PE add-on for Windows 10, version 2004. Once Steam has been restarted it will revert to the default theme.The 32-bit versions of Windows PE are no longer included in the Windows PE add-ons starting with the ADK for Windows 11, version 22H2. If you'd like to uninstall a skin, return to your skins directory and delete the folder for the skin you made when installing it. You will need to restart Steam for the skin to work once you've selected it. Once you've installed the files into their own folder within the skins directory you'll need to select the skin from the Steam interface settings.
